Last week I had the pleasure of visiting Mage::Camp - a great Magento event in London, UK. Organized by Magento Enterprise partner OnTap, the event offered presentations on various subjects for both managers as well as technical boys like me.

The guys from Varien were there giving some great speeches on the new Magento Enterprise Edition and its features. Among the subjects there was also a braindump on the next version of the MagentoConnect infrastructure, the next version of Magento with some major performance improvements, and a bridge between Magento and ExpressionEngine.

Due to an unforseen change in the program, I was also asked to give a presentation on the Magento bridge for Joomla! we are currently building. Though plans are still changing rapidly, the coding process has already led to a complete demo which is available here.

The presentation is also available online here.
